  2.                  Installing Garbage Can On Windows 95 System
  3.                  -------------------------------------------

  5. The setup program (SETUP.EXE) can ONLY be used on a Windows 95 system.
  6.  
  7.     1) Create a temporary directory (i.e. C:\TempInstall)
  8.     2) Unzip the GC0796.ZIP file into the temporary directory.
  9.     3) Run the SETUP.EXE program in the temporary directory.
  10.        The setup program will install all the files and then
  11.        will make the necessary registry entries.
  12.     4) Delete the temporary directory.

  15. If you decide not to use Garbage Can, you can remove it by using
  16. the <Start><Settings><Control Panel><Add/Remove Programs>
  17. Windows menu selection.

  20.                       Installing on Windows 3.1 System
  21.                       --------------------------------

  23.     1) Create a new directory (i.e. c:\GARBAGE)
  24.     2) Unzip the GC0796.ZIP into the new directory.
  25.     3) Now unzip the GC_WIN31.ZIP file into the new directory.
  26.     6) Transfer the DSREG.DLL file in the new directory
  27.        to the \WINDOWS directory.
  28.     4) You can delete the CAN32.EXE file.
